Intro to Webinar Sync for Fonteva Events

An accelerator enhancement for Fonteva Events customers.

Fonteva Events customers now have the ability to offer a unified registration experience for in-person and virtual events. This is accomplished through the Fonteva Events Webinar Sync accelerator. This accelerator package is available from Fonteva and our Certified Service Partners. When configured to your preferred webinar provider a bi-directional sync is created between attendee info in Fonteva/Salesforce and your webinar platform.

Create webinar events entirely using Fonteva Events in Salesforce, or simply link an Event in Fonteva to a pre-existing event in webinar platform
Manage attendee communications in your webinar system or using your current MarTech stack in Salesforce
Automatically create registrations in webinar system from registrations in Fonteva
Choose to sync attendee and meta-data from event back to contact attendee records in Salesforce
